Terms governing the use of asmutek.com and the ASMUTEK platform. The customer-facing version is under legal review and will be published here.
Customer engagements with ASMUTEK are governed by a Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) executed at the start of each commercial relationship, supplemented by Statements of Work for delivery engagements. The MSA covers licence grants, fees, term and termination, SLAs, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution.
A redlinable copy of the MSA is available on request to counterparties under NDA via the contact form or by writing to legal@asmutek.com.
