What is ASMUTEK Workforce?

Workforce is a multi-country HRMS. Employee records, time and attendance, recruiting and statutory payroll for India (TDS, PF, ESI), the UAE (WPS, EOSB) and the US (FICA, 401k, W-2). One platform, every country, on one audit trail.

Which countries and statutory frameworks does Workforce support out of the box?

India (TDS, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax), UAE (WPS bank-file generation for the Ministry of Labour, EOSB, DEWS DIFC, GPSSA for UAE nationals), USA (FICA, 401(k), W-2, ACA reporting), plus Saudi Arabia (GOSI, mudawla) and Singapore (CPF). Additional jurisdictions are scoped during onboarding.

How does Workforce handle multi-currency and cross-border employees?

Native multi-currency with daily FX from a configurable feed. Cross-border employee records support split-payroll (e.g. India and the UAE concurrently), tax-residency tracking and the visa-renewal cycle. Reporting rolls up to USD-equivalent for the group view.

Does Workforce integrate with our existing finance system or core HR system?

Yes. Workforce ships connectors for SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite and QuickBooks. Single sign-on via SAML 2.0 or OIDC. Open API for custom integrations. Migration from existing HR systems is included in the onboarding scope.

What is the implementation timeline?

A single-country deployment typically goes live in 8 to 12 weeks: 2 weeks for discovery, 4 weeks for configuration and statutory mapping, 2 weeks for parallel payroll runs, 2 weeks for cut-over. Multi-country rollouts run country by country over 4 to 6 months.

How is employee data secured and what compliance does Workforce carry?

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 / 27017 / 27018, GDPR, DPDP Act 2023 and UAE PDPL baseline. Employee data is encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access is enforced down to the team, and data-residency options are configurable per country. The trust pack is released under NDA.

How is Workforce priced?
