What is ASMUTEK School Care?
School Care is a complete K-12 school management platform from ASMUTEK. It runs admissions through alumni on a single system, with AI in the daily workflows the principal and teachers use, plus on-campus hardware (face recognition, gate readers, fingerprint scanners and RFID) integrated into the same platform.
Which boards and curricula does School Care support?
CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, state boards and the boarding-school curriculum cycle. School Care ships pre-configured templates for each, and the configuration model lets schools layer house, club and co-curricular structures on top without code changes.
How does School Care use AI in everyday workflows?
Attendance prediction, drop-out risk scoring at the cohort level, fee-collection forecasting, automatic absence-pattern alerts to counsellors, and assistant features for teachers (rubric grading, parent-communication drafts). All AI features are configurable per school and can be turned off entirely.
Can School Care integrate with my existing finance, library or transport system?
Yes. School Care ships an open API and a published HL7-style integration framework. Common ERPs (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP B1), library systems (Koha, LibSys) and bus-tracking GPS providers are integrated out of the box. Custom integrations are scoped during onboarding.
How long does it take to roll out School Care across a campus?
A single campus typically goes live in 8 to 12 weeks: 2 weeks for discovery and data migration, 4 weeks for configuration and integrations, 2 weeks for staff and parent training, then a controlled go-live with a parallel run on the legacy system. Multi-campus groups roll out campus by campus over 4 to 6 months.
Is student data secure and what compliance does School Care carry?
School Care is built against an SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and DPDP Act 2023 baseline. Student data is encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access is enforced down to the classroom, and parental consent flows are built in. The trust pack is released to school IT teams under NDA before signature.
What does pricing for School Care look like?
Per-student annual subscription with banded pricing by school size and module set. On-campus hardware (gate readers, face devices) is sold separately or financed inside the subscription.
